Skilled Worker Visa Via Self Sponsorship

If your goal is to be a shareholder & an employee in a profitable business/company in the U.K, Canada & Australia, this route is for you.
The skilled worker visa is a job based route (still categorized as a Temporary Resident Visa) with a pathway to Permanent Residency/ Indefinite Leave to Remain. You have to get a job that meets immigration requirements and proceed to apply for a work visa (Depends on the category as stated by immigration)
For you to be eligible to apply for a skilled worker visa, you need a sponsorship letter from an eligible/approved employer by the Home Office or the IRCC.

In Self-Sponsorship, the business owner registers his/her business and sponsors him/herself to work in the registered business. To meet immigration requirement for a work visa, you must have a resident director & shareholder. By so doing, you no longer have to seek external sponsorship (In an already existing company) to work, you can register your business and oversee your business on a Skilled Worker Visa (Remember, using your registered business as the sponsor)!
It’s important to note that you must meet all immigration requirements to obtain a work visa (Without a work visa, you would not be allowed entry to work for any company on-site as a foreigner)

Judicial Review and Appeal

Understanding that no system is perfect is important, same applies to the visa and immigration systems worldwide. While there are laid down guidelines visa officers must follow to approve or refuse applications, a visa applicant should know that human errors can come in during evaluation of documents by the Visa Officer(s).

If an application was refused based on insufficient evidence submitted for example bank statements and the likes, then this should be quite easy to correct by re-applying and adding new relevant facts.
