John Olufemi Aina has an LLB in Business Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in the UK. He trained as a solicitor in the City of London and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2004. In 2010, he attended the Nigeria Law School and was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also the Principal Partner of John & Co (UK), Lawyers and a Consultant Solicitor to various firms of Solicitors in the UK. He is based in the UK, where he attends court regularly and visits Nigeria on-a-regular basis to attend courts and deliver lectures. He is authorized by Law Society of England as a trainee supervisor and mentor to young lawyers.

Aina is a member of Solicitors Higher Court Advocates in the UK and also an independent Complaints Adjudicator to various firms of solicitors. He is highly respected for his immigration works. Over the years, he has assisted a lot of clients in resisting deportation from the UK and overturning wrong visa refusal decisions. His clientele cut across various nationalities from Ecuador, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Columbia Cameroon and other East African countries. Part of his voluntary works is as a guest speaker/trainer to the Scottish Council of African Churches, and regularly appears on their TV channel where he delivers lectures on team building, personal impact and customer service delivery.
