OLORUNFEMI EBENEZER, B.Sc., M.Sc., FCA, ACTI, CPIN, CFIP is a graduate of Accounting from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1992 and became a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2005. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria as well as Associate member of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He also had his Master Degree in Accounting (M.Sc. Accounting) from University of Lagos. He is an associate of Certified Forensic expert in auditing and investigation.

He trained with Adetuwo Ogunjumelo & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants. As part of his experience, he worked with Mark, Sharp & Dome (MSD) which was later changed to Associated Pharmaceutical Company Limited in 1989 and later moved to Medcom Nigeria Limited as the Head of Finance in 1991. He also worked with Maison Mortgage Bank in 1993 as the Financial Controller.  He later set up his own firm in 1996 under the name Olorunfemi Ebenezer & Co. and Ebenezer & Associates- the Consultancy outfit, an arm of the audit firm.

He had consulted for Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) under the Value Added Tax (VAT) Monitoring Project in 1997-1998, where he was the Head of the team in Warri and Port Harcourt.

He is also a Tax Monitoring Agent on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Rivers and Ekiti States. He also consults for First Bank Plc on debt recovery exercise.

He has attended many local and International Seminars, Courses and workshops in areas of Taxation, Forensic Auditing & Investigation, Accounting, Auditing and Business Restructuring project.

He is currently the Managing Partner of Olorunfemi Ebenezer & Company and Ebenezer & Associates.
