This we do via the use of our social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube where we share accurate information per time, provoking inquisitiveness in individuals, so they can further read and understand immigration policies.

Advocate for fair and efficient immigration policies and support initiatives that promotes inclusivity, fairness and just human application of immigration laws by visa officers and other related agencies. This we do via a show we just recently put together “Chronicles Of Immigration Injustice”…….. COII aims to shed light on the worrisome injustice in our immigration policies and implementation of immigration laws, practices etc by different stakeholders.
3. Upholding ethical practices, ensuring fairness and respect for both immigration bodies and visa/immigration applicants. Our well trained immigration lawyers are bringing in their best practices to ensure both applicants and visa officers are not misled at any point, this also means we have consciously refrained from engaging in practices that are dubious and deceptive as generally seen within the eco-system of “Visa Agents”
4. Empower immigrants and intending immigrants with knowledge, offering free access to general information out there on official immigration websites. This we have and are achieving via our “Migration Book Club” on our Whatsapp channel which serves as a vehicle for making links of different weekly topics available on official immigration websites so applicants can have accurate official first hand information and not become vulnerable to the dangers of false unofficial information paraded by “Visa Agents” leading to scams and other fraud activities.
5. Collaborations with organizations, legal experts, advocacy groups to strengthen, support, pool resources, share best practices, coordinate efforts to address systematic challenges within our immigration law systems. This we have achieved by entering partnership relationships with immigration law firms, business analyst firms, accounting firms, educational institutions etc, in different countries. This has seen us achieve great successes in representing our clients beyond the borders of our continent.
6. Ensure strict adherence/compliance to immigration laws. This we have and are achieving by ensuring accurate interpretation of immigration laws and provisions to our clients, providing accurate legal advice in accordance with their personal circumstances staying confined within the provisions of immigration laws/policies, providing recommendations as well in preparing required documentation needed for that visa category.
7. Advocate for clients best interests within immigration systems. This we achieve by directly and indirectly (through our partnerships especially when a Judicial Review procedure gets to Oral Hearing) represent our clients in legal proceedings to challenge unjust decisions or practices by visa officers, entry clearance officers and other immigration stakeholders. This is done to protect applicant rights and also foster advocacy for fairness in immigration systems worldwide.
8. Demonstrate social responsibility by giving back to the community, support charitable initiatives that benefit immigrants and marginalized groups. This we are achieving through our show “Chronicles Of Immigration Injustice” which we can say is both a pro bono (as the winners get their damaged immigration history corrected for free) and a medium of advocacy for fair Judgement not with-standing the applicant’s nationality, skin color etc), unfair generalization and others.
9. Capacity building and developmental programs for staffs. This we are achieving by constantly making provision for trainings for all staff members in various teams (Legal, International Student Recruitment, Business Development Managers, Customer Success, Administrative Executives, Administrative Support, Media), ensuring up to date skills, knowledge, strong team work and competence amongst all staff members. This helps us in delivering high-quality services to clients and intending clients alike.
